MY STORY

Are You Ready For a Change?

As a Registered Nurse I have seen how conditions like type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure can completely ruin your health and well being. I have also not only seen the affects of stress and anxiety on people but I have experienced it myself and it has become my passion to help others. I am here as a transformative health coach to help people take back control of their health and live their lives to the fullest. I know that there are all kinds of medications available to treat these conditions but why not try a holistic approach to be proactive instead of reactive. 

Now you may be asking yourself what is a transformative health coach,,, 

Transformative: I'm here to help you transform your life to where you want it to be. Together we come up with achievable goals that will help lead you to your best self!

Holistic: We all know that there is a pill for everything and in many situations they can definitely improve your health but together we will look at you as a WHOLE person and see if lifestyle and diet changes can help improve your health and help you reach your goals!!

Discovery Session

During your Discovery Session we will dive into your goals and go over expectations of our time together. We will start to co-create changes that you can implement to start working towards your goals. 

Dry Woods

1:1 Session

During our 1:1 sessions we will continue to dive in deeper with your goals and celebrate each weeks wins! Our conversations are always guided by you and I am here to be your biggest cheerleader!

Afternoon Light

Healthful Horizons

Healthful Horizons is a 6 week program that incorporates self guided videos and bi-weekly zoom calls to help with stress and anxiety management along with small things that you can add into your daily life to feel your best!

I started learning about Mindfulness with Amy. We discussed the benefits, usefulness, and struggles into implementing this into our lives. In the beginning this was very difficult as Mindfulness was not something I knew much about or practiced before this class. During the practice sessions with Amy I was to able to be in nonjudgmental environment to practice and receive feedback to help me improve on my delivery, comfort, and effectiveness. I came out of those 4 weeks with much more comfort and able to lead the case study call in Mindfulness.
