Prior to contacting you, I was a little disorganized as far as what I really needed to be doing in order to achieve my goals for my health. You helped me to prioritize what I should work on first and how to accomplish those goals.

 

I liked the option to meet over FB Messenger as it would take more time out of my busy schedule to meet in person. It was also good to have the option to meet in person. I felt the virtual face-to-face visual helped to build the relationship in order to trust in the advice that you were giving.

 

I revalidated my instincts that I need to be held accountable from an outside source until I can build my own self-motivation. I discovered some new views to evaluate and improve my overall health.

 

Yes, I would recommend your coaching services to someone trying to figure out how to improve their health across the myriad of aspects that health encompasses.

Amy created a safe space , and although we were creating our roadmap's for future clients using each other... She was encouraging  and we were able to identify areas of my life that needed tweaked. She helped me to add self care routines into my daily life.  Amy's mindfulness exercises helped us get grounded and open for our sessions.  Amy helped me( which was monumental ), take care of myself so I could be more present with family and at my work, she truly helped me with the burnout I was feeling with my current job.   She is caring , encouraging and creates a safe non judgmental space.
: Amy helped me look beyond the surface reasons I gave for why I was struggling with communication with my husband. I never felt judged as we worked together to find ways for me to be more present and positive with my family.
