What’s holding you back

We all feel like we get stuck at different points in our lives and that’s ok! One thing that we don’t all do is really take the time to figure out WHY we are feeling this way. I know we are all busy and that alone could be the reason we’re feeling this way. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again our mental health is such a huge factor to not only our physical health but our overall health! There Is also no shame in saying I‘m not ok and asking for help to get back to feeling ok. As a health and wellness coach I love to help people talk through what is going on and how little changes can help them get back on track. I think the best way to get started is just give yourself 5 to 10 minutes of the day to reflect on how you’re feeling and if anything is on your mind or has been. If there is so that stands out then there is your starting point! If there isn’t anything in particular that’s ok to it! ill give you a list of possible things that can make you feel stuck to help get you started.

Starting to feel a change is not immediate like we all want but be consistent and it’ll happen! Sometimes having someone hold you accountable is the key to success and that is where I can step in to help.
